This caricature was done at a party full of running friends hosted by Jeff & Cheryl Uhlich. The artist is Gerry Rasmussen who does the "Betty" cartoon found in many newspapers. He did caricatures of all the people who attended the party which was Jeff & Cheryl's farewell prior to leaving for three years to Abhu Dhabi!
